New Cleanroom for injectables at pharmaceutical company ADELCO

The construction of new premises at the factory of the pharmaceutical company ADELCO S.A. has been successfully completed. More specifically, our company carried out the study and construction of the following projects:

1. New Sterile Clean room 230m² for Injectable products, with the below specifications:

• ISO 5
• Ducts and Hepa filters installation according to customer’s design
• Hvac from Rhoss (Italy)
• BMS by Siemens with In‐line particle counting system
• Clean room panels by Italian supplier Delta 2000 (roof, walls, doors, windows)
• Floor epoxy

                    Concluded in : 35 days  

2. Warehouse 450m2 for APIs, with the below specifications:

• ISO 8 unclassified area
• Clean room conditions – Air locks
• Greek panels construction
• Hvac from Rhoss (Italy)
• Floor epoxy
• Two special rooms for flammable products
• Washing area

             Concluded in : 20 days  

3. Weighing booth with Class D conditions.
