STERILE MANUFACTURING SEMINAR – 29th February 2024 – Athens

With great success our seminar on Sterile manufacturing: Regulations (Annex 1), Developments & New Technologies (AI) was concluded at the Holiday Inn hotel, where the latest developments in the production, packaging and quality control of injectable products were presented by the speakers of our principals,  IMA LIFE ASEPTIC FILLING and ANTARES VISION INSPECTION SYSTEMS.

The participation was great, with 70 members from 21 Greek pharmaceutical industry. They were informed extensively about the processes and technological solutions, while they also had the opportunity to take part in a fruitful and constructive dialogue about the daily challenges of the production process of pharmaceutical sterile products.

Labochem exclusively represents the companies IMA and Antares Vision in Greece and Cyprus and supports the hundreds of installed machines with its own technicians.

FOODTECH 2023 Athens / 11-13 November

With great success our company participated at FoodTech exhibition on 11-13 November 2023 at the Metropolitan Expo exhibition center in Athens, Greece. During the three-day event, Labochem team held many meetings with its partners and friends where they discussed their needs and presented the most suitable solutions for them. In parallel, the visitors had the opportunity to see at our booth the below systems:

  • Inspection system  (X-rays) from XAVIS South Korea
  • Semi-automatic Cartoner from UET Germany
  • Hygiene Station from NIEROS Slovenia

CPHI 2023 / Barcelona 24-26 October

Once again, Labochem’ s team attended CPhI exhibition held in Barcelona from 24-26 October 2023. During the three-day event, Labochem team held many meetings with its partners, customers and friends and discussed projects for the development of new products, the supply of finished products developed by Labochem as well as pharmaceutical raw materials. Bram-Cor Installation

We proudly present our last installation of Purified Water system to one of the biggest of pharmaceutical companies in Greece by our Italian principal Bram&Cor. The system of Bram and Cor is composed by pretreatment, double pass Reverse Osmosis and loop skid, all made in stainless steel for Hot water sanitization. Everything is made in Italy!

Labochem team can provide complete solutions to Pharma, from the production to final packaging ! 

New installation of Metal Detector

New installation of Fortress Technology Inc Pipeline Metal Detector to a Big Canning Company. The installation was successfully carried out by LABOCHEM’ SA’s  technical team.
The Pipeline Metal Detector is used for the detection of metals (F, NF, SS) in the tomato paste before packaging process of the product.

CPhI 2022 – Frankfurt 1-3 November 2022

After two years of absence, due to Covid-19, Labochem SA was present at the CPhI exhibition in Frankfurt, the biggest exhibition of pharmaceutical products and APIs. The exhibition was very successful, a big number of meetings were held at our stand where we informed our customers, partners and visitors about our new dossier products. We would like to thank all of you, who visited us and we are looking forward to meeting you again at the next CPhI 2023, which will be held in Barcelona from 24 to 26 October 2023.

Effervescent tablets machine installation at IASIS new plant

ΙΜΑ SPA Italia has installed new machinery for the production of effervescent tablets at IASIS new plant. ΙΜΑ is world leader in processing and packaging machinery for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry.

Labochem, being the last 20 years the exclusive agent of IMA in Greece and Cyprus, supports its customers by providing after sales service with trained technicians. In the following article you can find description of the technology and equipment installed at IASIS new plant.

CPhI 2019 – Frankfurt 5-7 November 2019

For the 9th year in a raw Labochem SA participated in CPhI Worldwide held in Frankfurt from 5-7 November 2019. Our company presented to our partners dossier of finished  products which are available for out- licensing  as well as other activities such as:  plant design and construction of clean rooms and Active pharmaceutical raw materials (APIs) produced in plants following European GMPs.
